Iran has made it clear that they want to wipe Israel off the face of the earth, which they could easily do with nukes, yet they claim they are only working on nuclear power for heating and medical purposes. Of course, that’s hard to believe when nations such as Venezuela, Russia, and China are helping them get everything they need to obtain nuclear capabilities; believing Iran has a right to join the club of nations with nuclear weapons.
So far, the U.S. says they are behind Israel’s right to exist and that we support them. However, when Israel asked the U.S. to help them stop Iran from beginning a nuclear program by bombing the facility, the U.S. said no. Despite what is said publicly, behind the scenes the U.S. is telling Israel not to attack Iran’s facility and to let sanctions work — even though sanctions do not seem to be doing much.
Whether sanctions are working or not, Iran continues their work on developing dangerous weapons. All sanctions have done is buy Iran time to complete their work on weapons, which they will turn on to Israel, Europe, and the United States.
The problem seems to be that Obama does not understand Iran or else he does understand and is inadvertently aiding their efforts. Iran believes they are supposed to prepare the world for the coming of the Twelfth Imam, which means the world must be converted to Islam or die. Israel is an enemy to Islam and goes all the way back to Abraham and his two son’s inheritance.
Israeli President Shimon Peres promised today that Iran’s nuclear weapons program “will be stopped” and said there’s no disagreement between the United States and Israel on that goal.
Israel doesn’t seek a war “but if we are forced to fight, trust me, we shall prevail,” Peres said today at a conference of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee in Washington.
“The United States and Israel share the same goal — to prevent Iran from developing a nuclear weapon,” Peres said, praising President Barack Obama for his support before Obama was scheduled to speak to the same group, followed by a meeting between the two men.
“There is no space between us. Our message is clear: Iran will not develop a nuclear weapon,” Peres said. Read more on Newsmax.com: Israel’s Peres Vows Iran ‘Will Be Stopped’ by U.S. and Israel
No matter how tough President Obama talks, his actions speak louder than words. So far, his actions prove that he doesn’t know how to deal with Iran’s nuclear program. Nobody will do a thing to stop Iran from obtaining nukes or from starting a nuclear war. It is obvious that Obama has no intention of stopping Iran and neither do many Senators (such as Senator Ron Paul) who think there is no problem with Iran having nuclear weapons.
Words are cheap, actions tell the real story. So far, the story says the U.S. is a wimp and will do nothing to stop Iran’s nuclear program. We are big on talk but do little with real teeth to deter Iran from reaching its nuclear goals.
U.S. officials think giving Iran more time for stricter sanctions to work will force Iran to give up the program, but Iran’s actions prove that stricter sanctions will NOT stop them. Iran wants nuclear capabilities and nothing will stop them from getting what they want. In the meantime, Israeli leaders warn that time is running out for a military strike that stops Iran from developing nuclear weapons. Iran is nearing a point of development that prevents a military strike without being dangerous to the world.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spent the weekend in Canada speaking to officials before traveling to Washington. After meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, Netanyahu laid out three steps by Iran that would preclude an Israeli attack:
- Dismantling its underground nuclear facility in Qom,
- stopping uranium enrichment and
- disposing of all enriched material other than what would be used to make medical isotopes or generate atomic power.
“Israeli Deputy Prime Minister Moshe Ya’alon told Army Radio that Netanyahu’s statements make it clear that in the meeting with Obama “it will be emphasized that Israel is a sovereign state that maintains its right to defend itself.” The question now is how committed is Obama about going against Iran to help protect the world from a nuclear Iran?
Obama said in an interview for the Atlantic magazine, that Iran can’t be allowed to obtain a nuclear weapon and that the U.S. will do whatever is necessary, leaving all options open including the “military component.” This statement seems to make it clear that the U.S. is committed to Israel, but it is doubtful that Iran believes Obama will do anything to stop them.
The United States and the European Union tightened economic sanctions following a November 2011 report by United Nations inspectors that Iran’s nuclear research program may include pursuing the capability to build an atomic weapon. It said there was evidence Iran was working on a weapon designed to fit on a missile that could reach Israel and Europe. Iran says its nuclear program is for civilian energy and medical research.
Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman spoke on Army Radio today saying that amid failure of the international community to act to stop bloodshed in Syria “what is the value of its promises to protect the security of Israel?”

In other words, the bottom line is that Iran WILL be nuclear armed shortly if nothing stronger than sanctions is used to stop them. The way things look, Iran is very serious about becoming a nuclear nation and WILL NOT be stopped except by bombing their facilities. This means the U.S. and Israel must join forces with other nations to stop Iran. It’s time to stop talking about it and begin using strong military action.
The battle between Good and Evil (Battle of Armageddon) is nearing as prophesied. Either we as a united front confront Iran or they will confront us in due time.
